About the role
As a Summer Trainee in our B2B Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for various onboarding, customer service and sales support tasks. Logging contract transactions in the system, creating, sending and monitoring offer and contract documents, monitor tasks performed by robotics, as well as providing customer support and training in digital services are all part of your tasks. You will also be responsible for an individual business development project during your trainee period.
The role may also include contacting customers by phone, video conference and e-mail. In the role, you will mainly support the work of Customer Success Specialists. In addition, you support the sales work of the Account Managers and you get to develop Back Office processes together with the team and various other Customer Service professionals at Fortum.

We hope that you apply for the position if you are:
- Pursuing a degree in a technical or commercial field from either a university or a university of applied sciences. We expect you to have at least your second year of studies ongoing.
- Fluent in written and spoken Finnish, and proficient in written and spoken English. Swedish can be considered as an advantage.
- Pursuing previous experience from customer service, sales, or project work related tasks.
- Committed to the work you do, contribute to the team’s success and curious to learn new skills.
- We also expect you to master MS-Office tools and that you can easily learn how to use new systems.
