About You

You’re an enthusiastic learner, eager to explore new technologies and gain valuable hands-on experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and value the chance to take responsibility for your own projects. Communication comes naturally to you, and you appreciate both teamwork and the freedom to drive your own success. Fluency in English is essential, as it’s our main working language.

 

Your Skills & Background

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to prototyping and testing ideas.
  • Some experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in creating business applications for real business needs using Microsoft technologies.

 

In addition, we value

  • other relevant skills in software development like JavaScript, Quality Assurance, DevOps, CI/CD, AWS or Azure Cloud basics.
  • ability to leverage generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • if you know building blocks used in business applications like databases, client-server architectures, backend solutions, CIAM/IAM and integration solutions, best security practices.
  • experience in hackathons, programming contests or other social coding & design events.
