About the role

As a Summer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in IT Service Management. In this role, you will work with modern Enterprise Service Management tools and practices in a supportive, collaborative environment. This role is well-suited for students looking to gain practical experience and insight into professional IT processes.

 

About you

We hope that you apply for the position if you are:

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Have basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts.
  • Interested in IT reporting and data handling.
  • Clear and structured in your writing (for documentation and Knowledge Base articles).
  • Proactive, willing to learn with the ability to work independently.
  • Committed to the work you do, contribute to the team’s success and curious to learn new skills with IT professionals across different teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, as we are working in an international environment.
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow will be considered a plus.
