About the role

As a Summer Trainee in Customer IT team, you’ll be involved in real, hands-on daily assignments and projects. You’ll get to work with your colleagues, learning from them and taking responsibility in selected areas. Whether you’re helping with everyday tasks or managing your own projects, you’ll play an important role in our team. This position is a great way to gain practical experience and grow your skills in CRM solutions, Marketing applications and Customer portals.

 

The final job description and tasks will be adjusted according to your profile and interest. You will for example:

  • Participate in the team's ongoing development initiatives, including some large projects
  • Help in planning and designing application improvements
  • Test application changes and ensure business requirements are met 
  • Help the team to plan end-user trainings
  • Participate in service management daily tasks
  • Work with the team on daily operational support tasks, especially during summer vacation period
  • Work in close co-operation with operational teams
  • Based on your background and interest, conduct an independent development initiative or process improvement project

  • Pursuing a technical degree at the end of your studies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English as most of our meetings and documentations are in English
  • Pursuing some experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Management business processes
  • Committed to the work you do, contribute to the team’s success and curiosity to learn new skills in Customer IT
  • Experience with IT processes, documentation techniques, working with Jira and Confluence are considered as advantages
  • We appreciate positive and energetic attitude and willingness to take initiative
