We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing team in Wrocław, Poland. 

In this position you´ll focus on direct categories: Automation and Electrification, Technical consulting, Production materials and services.

  

About the role  

The purpose of this role is to support business stakeholders to use market capabilities and suppliers best fitting the business needs and projects, lead RFx design, delivery, and contract negotiations for assigned sourcing events to secure robust sourcing outcomes.  

As part of category team, you will lead SRM processes and contract lifecycle management for assigned suppliers in collaboration with procurement and business stakeholders.  

You will be an important part of category teams, supporting in strategy creation and securing strategy execution and information flow back to category management.   

 Main responsibilities:  

  • Provide support for business stakeholders and projects in using market and supplier capabilities effectively and in planning the sourcing activities accordingly. 
  • Manage sourcing events across varying complexity levels and categories. Own sourcing planning, RFx design, execution, and business stakeholder communication. 
  • Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.
  • Ensure contract hand over for business and S2P for spend channel implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing processes, governance, regulations and audit trail.
  • Actively participate category teamwork, ensuring information flow needed for category creation and strategy execution.   
  • Lead SRM and CLM activities for assigned suppliers in collaboration with procurement and business stakeholders.   

 

About you 

We are looking for sourcing professionals who enjoy working closely with stakeholders and suppliers and takes ownership of sourcing activities from planning to execution. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, managing different types of sourcing cases with varying levels of complexity. 

  • Relevant degree.
  • At least 3–9+ years of experience in sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of supplier base, technologies, or services within direct sourcing categories.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and SRM / CLM processes.
  • Knowledge of legal contract terms and relevant regulations in own category area.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The role requires willingness to travel.
  • We work in a hybrid model and expect you to be present at the office two days per week.
  • Experience from an international work environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and in Polish is required, and Finnish or Swedish is considered a plus. 

We may consider hiring Senior Sourcing Manager, the role level (Sourcing Manager or Senior Sourcing Manager) will be aligned based on the scope, complexity of sourcing activities and responsibilities, including factors such as sourcing case complexity, SRM and CLM activities, supplier base, contractual and regulatory requirements, and business impact, as well as the overall team composition and business needs.
