We are looking for an Innovation Analyst summer trainee to join our Ideation & Incubation team and support our innovation projects and initiatives. You will work closely with our innovation managers and analysts to conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights that will help us create and implement innovative solutions for our customers and stakeholders.

About The Role

As an Innovation Analyst summer trainee, you will:

• Conduct secondary and primary research on various topics related to innovation, such as market trends, customer needs, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Analyse and synthesize research findings into clear and compelling reports, presentations, and recommendations
• Support the ideation, prototyping, and testing of new products, services, and business models using design thinking methods and tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovation projects and initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our innovation processes and capabilities

About You

To be successful as an Innovation Analyst summer trainee, you should have:

• A passion for innovation and a curiosity to learn new things
• At least second year student in the field of economics, production economy, design, or a related discipline
• A good understanding of design thinking methods and tools, such as empathy mapping, customer journey mapping, brainstorming, prototyping, and testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple and engaging way
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
