About the role
- Work for one or two of our agile teams, facilitating their ways of working and creating empowered teams.
- Drive various projects and their end-to-end co-ordination up until project delivery ensuring efficient project delivery plans.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support your team with backlog management, roadmap, and release planning.
- Drive cooperation and coordination across teams.
- Take care of team efficiency and wellbeing by removing blockers, protecting from disruptions, supporting in all areas, and managing conflicts.
- Facilitate team performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Coach and support leaders to enable an environment where agile teams thrive.
- Be part of our growing Agile Community along with other scrum masters and agile coaches to build common practices and improve our ways of working at a systemic level
About you
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment and is highly motivated to be responsible for several projects as a co-ordinator.
- You are a strong facilitator (e.g. have high competency in driving workshops and events) both online and in person.
- You are passionate about agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, SAFe).
- You are curious about learning new things and trying them, and passionate to share with others.
- You know how to give feedback and speak up even when it’s difficult.
- You are a great communicator and easy to follow.
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, or another relevant area.
