About the role
The Sales Operational Specialist is a hands-on, operational position designed to manage and optimize sales tools, processes, and systems, directly supporting our sales and customer success teams.
In this role, you will work closely with the EC M&L Nordic organization, supporting teams across all three Nordic countries as part of a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Administrate Dashboards, Reports, and Sales Hub Portfolio

Support Sales Managers, Account Managers and Customer Success Specialists in sales tool

Facilitate trainings to ensure successful implementation of sales processes, products, features and techniques

Support Sales operations on as well as business development projects related to sales excellence

Contact Point for External Vendors

Experience & Education
-
3-5 years of relevant experience within sales, system management or customer service.

Experience with CRM / sales tool software platforms and tools.

Experience working with HubSpot is considered a strong merit.
Knowledge & skill

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
