Your responsibilities will include:
- Be the backbone of operations and provide crucial administrative support to the sales team, keeping the entire process smooth and efficient
- Develop and format sales proposals, presentations, and tender documents, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and refine templates and drafts for proposals, contracts, quotes, and more, so the sales team always delivers with consistency and professionalism.
- Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions with confidence
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assess leads from marketing and inquiries, ensuring they meet criteria before they’re handed off to sales reps, and track their progress to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Help onboard new team members by training them on sales tools, ensuring they hit the ground running.

We’re looking for someone with technical savvy, organizational skills, detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Engagement Manager with a a customer-first mindset to step into this role and make an immediate impact. As a Sales Enablement & Engagement Manager, you’ll become the glue that holds the sales process together where you’ll help drive success.
What makes you the perfect fit:
- Fluent in English and Finnish or Swedish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of sales cycles and CRM tools, plus experience handling sales data and analytics.
- Expertise in improving workflows, managing documentation, and coordinating sales operations.
- Proficiency in software like Microsoft CRM systems, Office Suite, and communication platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, especially under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data and communications.
- A team-oriented approach to collaborating across departments.
