About the role

We are now looking for a Product Owner with strong expertise in Marketing & Sales automation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for marketing automation–related development needs across Fortum Consumer Solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into a clear and well‑prioritized roadmap for the future development of our marketing automation area.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the Product Owner for our marketing automation platform, with end‑to‑end responsibility for the development of the platform.
  • Managing the development backlog in Jira, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements for development. This means documenting functional and non-functional requirements, writing epics, user stories, tasks, and bug reports, as well as contributing to solution documentation.
  • Leading refinement sessions, facilitating workshops, and following up to ensure alignment, progress and delivery.
  • Contributing to solution design and delivery with a hands-on approach. You actively work with marketing automation tools and support our technical architect in delivering hands-on solutions across countries, while maintaining your own technical expertise.

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you bring:

  • Strong prioritization and resource management skills, with experience taking end-to-end ownership of product development. Product Owner certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) are a plus.
  • Ability to embrace and proactively learn new marketing automation tools. You’re excited to explore and adapt to new technologies while continuously developing your skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, including a solid understanding of the data model (objects and relationships), workflows, reporting, segmentation, integrations, and data flows. HubSpot certifications are recommended and experience with Breeze AI implementation and coding in HubSpot is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with marketing consent and eligibility concepts and how these are applied in practice.
  • A good understanding of sales and marketing processes (B2C and B2B, small, medium, and large customer segments, multi-country environments).
  • A quality‑focused mindset as you will support the team with defining test cases and validating solutions to be released in production.
  • Fluent skills in English is required for the role. Proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is beneficial.

On a more personal note, you live by Fortum’s core values - "Aim high, with care, win together" and bring a proactive, ownership-driven way of working. You’re motivated by continuous learning and development, and by taking ideas all the way to delivery. You enjoy collaboration, building strong relationships and navigating different stakeholder perspectives with empathy. With a consultative approach and strong facilitation skills, you help move conversations and outcomes forward.
