We are looking for a Procurement Specialist/Purchaser to join the Operative Procurement team. Main target for the team is to give timely and good quality service for the procurement and business teams and handle procurement related operational tasks.


About the role
Here you will play an important role in building the collaboration and ways of working towards the procurement community and our business teams. In your role your primary responsibilities will for example be:

  • Supporting strategic procurement teams in sourcing and contracting activities
  • Providing support in source-to-pay process and tool usage
  • Participating pre-defined sourcing cases with varying role (supporting, tendering, contracting etc.)

The position will be located in either Solna, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.


About you
You are a proactive individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Since this role will require frequent independent work, emphasising the importance of initiative and a hands-on approach. Your personal attributes include a positive outlook, an open mind, and, most crucially, a strong "can-do" attitude. Given also the collaborative nature of the role, effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you closely engage with various stakeholders. Your capacity to proactively push initiatives forward is a valuable asset, and prior experience with Source-to-pay systems is highly advantageous.
We think you hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management or procurement) and have 1-2 years of experience working with procurement.   Proficiency in both English and Swedish is a requirement, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
