About the role 

As 'Physical & Cyber Security Manager' for Hydro, you will manage the development and implementation of robust security protocols for our physical assets and operational technology. Your leadership will ensure that our security practices meet both legal and Fortum corporate standards, positioning you as a key representative in Fortum's security forums. 

 

In your role you will: 

  • Collaborate with line managers in Hydro to implement comprehensive security measures, ensuring a cohesive and strong defense against physical and cyber threats.
  • Work in tandem with other security functions within Fortum, bringing your expertise to the table and contributing to Group security initiatives and networks.
  • Provide analyses and reports of Security performance and status.
  • Drive the development and enforcement of Physical Security for Hydro's assets, establishing a secure and resilient infrastructure.
  • Coordinate Cyber Security activities for Operational Technology in Hydro in close collaboration with Business Development (BD) and Asset Operations (AO).
  • Ensure strict compliance with legal and Fortum corporate security requirements, upholding the integrity and safety of our operations.
  • Act as a key Hydro representative in Security-related Fortum forums, advocating for our security interests and facilitating knowledge exchange.

 

About you 

  • An academic degree and over 5 years of work experience in industrial Security roles.
  • Knowledge of automation systems is seen as an advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of Physical and Operational Technology Cyber Security.
  • Proficiency in security legislation.
  • Professional language proficiency in Swedish and English, Finnish seen as an advantage.
