About the role

We are now looking for a Nordic Voice Manager with responsibility for the Swedish market, a key leadership role combining Nordic ownership of Voice acquisition with commercial and multichannel accountability for Sweden.

In this role, you will manage and develop all Voice Acquisition operations across the Nordics, ensuring strong performance on sales volume, cost efficiency and customer experience. In parallel, you will take a clear end‑to‑end responsibility for the Swedish acquisition setup, optimizing channel mix, investments and execution in close collaboration with local and Nordic stakeholders.

You will be part of the Nordic Acquisition Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping how Fortum meets new customers through voice and integrated multichannel journeys.

Nordic Voice leadership

  • Own and develop the Nordic Voice Acquisition operation, ensuring delivery on customer growth, margin, cost and customer experience.
  • Lead, manage and harmonize Voice teams and vendors across the Nordics.
  • Set direction, targets and follow‑up for Voice acquisition performance, including forecast and long‑term planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, quality, compliance and customer experience.
  • Ensure strong internal and external collaboration across Acquisition, Growth, Marketing, Operations and Partners.

Swedish market responsibility

  • Act as the Nordic Voice lead with local commercial responsibility for Sweden.
  • Establish and maintain a 360° view of the Swedish acquisition market, including channel performance, customer behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Optimize multichannel setup in Sweden, ensuring the right balance between Voice, Digital, Direct and Partner channels.
  • Align local initiatives, investments and development needs with Nordic strategy and targets.
  • Support execution of local campaigns, activities and vendor strategies to maximize results in both short and long term.

About you

We believe you are a strong commercial leader with solid experience in sales and customer acquisition, preferably within complex, multi‑channel environments.

You likely bring:

  • Several years of experience in sales or acquisition management, ideally within Voice or similar performance‑driven channels.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and partners across organizational and geographic boundaries.
  • Strong business understanding, with the ability to balance customer experience, growth and profitability.
  • A data‑driven and structured way of working, combined with an agile and pragmatic mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is required for local market responsibility.
