Manager Customer Concept Development

About the role
Drive the Nordic customer concept development pipeline by exploring new concepts, business models, and improve value propositions. You will lead the full journey from ideation to launch, including:
- Structuring and leading ideation sessions
- Developing and testing concepts
- Designing and executing pilot projects
- Ensuring successful implementation of new concepts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Scouting future concepts, business models, and offerings to stay ahead of market trends
About you
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and applying agile methodologies (e.g., Lean Start-up, Design Thinking)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, with deep knowledge of business models, value propositions, and business case development
- Skilled in building and presenting business cases, including NPV calculations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling presentations
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
