Your role:
As Digital Development Manager for the Hydro Generation business unit at Fortum, you will lead a team responsible for driving the digital development of Hydro Generation delivering on business needs and maximizing value creation as well as the efficiency of operations.
 
In your role you will:
- Lead the Hydro Generation Digital Development team
- Be responsible for setting the Hydro Digital Roadmap, its alignment with overall strategy & business needs as well as ensuring the deployment and execution of the Roadmap
- Be responsible for driving the digitalization of the Hydro Generation business e.g. through the creation of projects and programs to improve business profitability and fulfillment of requirements and quality
- Be responsible for managing the portfolio of digital initiatives & continuous developments in Hydro Generation 
- Own and follow up the budget for the overall Hydro IT landscape, ensuring the efficiency of the application infrastructure across Hydro Generation while maintaining alignment within Fortum Group
- Report to the Director of Business Development & Support and work closely with colleagues across the organization. You and your team will provide valuable support to the Hydro Leadership Team
 
Your qualifications
We expect you to have a solid experience of leadership and digital development within energy & utilities, operation & maintenance or other relevant businesses. You possess the ability to engage colleagues, develop people and teams as well as build commitment and trust. You have experience of change management as well as a growth mindset and the ability to successfully drive development initiatives across the organization. You possess the ability to lead both the operational work as well as setting the strategic direction.
