About the role
As 'Cyber Security Manager' for Hydro, you will manage the development and implementation of robust security protocols for our Operational Technology (OT). Your leadership will ensure that our security practices meet both legal and Fortum corporate standards, positioning you as a key representative in Fortum's cyber security forums.
In your role you will:
- Provide expertise support for Hydro organization to ensure implementation of comprehensive security measures, and to build cohesive and strong defence against cyber threats.
- Work in tandem with other security functions within Fortum, bringing your expertise to the table and contributing to Group security initiatives and networks.
- Provide analyses and reports of Cyber Security performance and status.
- Coordinate Cyber Security activities for Operational Technology in Hydro in close collaboration with Information Technology (IT), Business Development (BD) and Asset Operations (AO).
- Ensure strict compliance with legal and Fortum corporate security requirements, upholding the integrity and safety of our operations.
- Act as a key Hydro representative in Cyber Security-related Fortum forums, advocating for our security interests and facilitating knowledge exchange.
Location: At one of our offices in Solna, Sweden or Espoo, Finland.
About you
- An academic degree and over 5 years of work experience in industrial IT/OT Security roles.
- Thorough knowledge of IT/OT Cyber Security.
- Knowledge of automation systems is seen as an advantage.
- Proficiency in security legislation.
- Professional language proficiency in English, Swedish and Finnish is seen as an advantage.
