At Fortum, we are looking for a Customer Communications Specialist to join our team and help enhance the customer journey through creative content, data-driven strategies, and automation.
 

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing effective communication strategies that resonate with our customers. You’ll work in a Nordic dynamic environment, collaborating across teams to deliver engaging content and seamless communication experiences that support our growth and delight our customers.

We are looking to hire one person for our Swedish market, to be based at one of our modern campuses in Solna or Göteborg. You will be working closely with other marketing and communication experts within our Nordic team.
 

You will:

  • Develop and execute email campaigns, automation flows, and newsletters, as well as managing contract-related communication, ensuring smooth customer journeys.
  • Create engaging content for multiple channels.
  • Understand target audiences and how to engage them with tailored, impactful messages.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize communication efforts and improve results.
  • Explore and utilize AI tools to enhance communication processes and create innovative solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance customer communication.
     

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Proven experience in creating and executing customer communication strategies, including email marketing and content creation.
  • Experience from CRM, marketing automation, and content management tools (e.g., HubSpot and Contentful).
  • A data-driven approach and analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
  • A curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve daily tasks and communication processes.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience from the energy industry is seen as a merit.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude.
