Customer Communication Specialist Sweden

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Nordic B2B marketing team.

You will be part of Fortum Consumer Solutions division, Enterprise Customers Swedish business unit, where you will work closely with our Swedish B2B business and sales organization to contribute to relevant business targets and growth. You will have a key role in developing and implementing B2B marketing and communication activities to delight our customers and support our growth targets. You will get the opportunity to work in a positive, creative and high-paced environment on a Nordic level.

This role is based in our Solna office, and we offer flexible working hours and possibility to partial remote work. The role will also consist of some travelling to Finland and Norway to meet up with your Nordic team.

About the role

As Communications Specialist, your main responsibilities will consist of deepening the understanding and creating internal and external dialogue around topics that are important and relevant to us and our stakeholders. The role is pivotal in strategizing and executing B2B customer communication initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and boost NPS scores.

You will also:

• Facilitate seamless communication across the customer journey.
• Your primary duties involve automating and refining customer interactions, tailoring communication to specific segments, and consistently emphasizing the value of our service.
• Create and execute a communication plan connecting a global strategy and local business priorities.
• Increase understanding of our target audience and how, where and with which type of content will reach them.
• Develop digital customer communications and support for wide range of communications projects, e.g. marketing automation.

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• A suitable university degree and more than 3 years of experience in a relevant field with proven results. Experience in B2B field is considered as an advantage.
• Experience in devising and crafting customer-centric communication.
• Experience in marketing automation and content management tools (Contentful, HubSpot).
• Good written and oral presentation skills.
• Experience in analytics and performance analysis for email marketing.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, good skills in other Nordic languages are considered as an advantage.
