We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit! This role involves building next-generation opportunities to enhance digital customer experience, digital marketing smartness, market-leading design, and user-friendliness. Our team is committed to pursuing innovation and improvements through increased use of data. In this role, you will:
- Be a major contributor within innovation and development of marketing automation solutions, such as Hubspot.
- Pursue efforts to use our customer data platform to enhance segmentation and marketing automation opportunities.
- Develop testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Develop tests to ensure quality and maintainability of code.
- Collaborate and work independently to plan, design, and complete backlog items.
- Be collectively responsible for team delivery and performance.
- Be responsible for your own development and strengthening the team's knowledge and competences.
- Suggest and explore new ideas to improve practices and ways of working.
- Take on other responsibilities based on team needs and competence level.
To excel in this role, you are expected to be:
- A bachelor's or master's degree holder in computer science or another relevant field.
- Experienced with at least 2 years of digital development with a successful track record, especially within marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.
- Knowledgeable about data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their main tools (Databricks, Data Lake, DataFactory, Delta Lake) is appreciated.
- Growing skills in software development languages, practices, tooling, and cloud capabilities.
- Understanding of other software development disciplines like QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
- Growing skills in agile methods.
- Curious and willing to learn.
