Senior Training & Quality Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Senior Training & Quality Specialist to join our Training & Quality team in Norway. In this role, you will be working closely with the Trainer and our stakeholders in B2C sales & service and will work to continuously improve the quality of our sales and service operations. You will play a key role fostering a culture of continuous learning, high-quality customer interactions and strong belief in our consumer-facing products & services.
This position is a substitute for a maternity leave during the period September 2026 – summer 2027. The exact start and end date will be agreed with the chosen candidate.
About the role
As Senior Training & Quality Specialist you drive the development and skill enhancement of employees within our organization and with our partners through quality assurance programs and training and competence development initiatives.
In this role you will:
- Be accountable for the quality of sales and service activities in Norway. You facilitate quality meetings with stakeholders and set action plans where needed together with key stakeholders across the organization. You run quality assurance programs and strive to develop the quality level in customer operations based on insights and data. You also contribute to developing the way we work with quality assurance.
- Implement effective training aligned with organizational objectives, utilizing instructional design principles and learning methodologies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. You collaborate closely with stakeholders (trainers, coaches, team leaders, etc.) to continuously develop the competence of our teams.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities, collaborating with departmental managers to tailor training content that meets specific job requirements and enhances overall performance.
About you
You have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. You have good presentation skills and 2-3 years of experience in running workshops, programs or other initiatives within a team setting.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Skills needed to take initiatives and act proactively
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
- Fluent Norwegian and good English skills (written and oral)
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus.
