Digital Customer Offering (DCO) is a business function within Fortum Consumer Solutions, where business and technology come together. Our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit is building next generation opportunities to enhance digital customer experience, digital marketing smartness, market leading design and user friendliness, as well as pursuing innovation and improvements through increased use of data.
In this role, you will:
- Pursue and lead efforts to use data, to enhance customer insights, segmentation and digital development within personalization.
- Be an advocate of the digital customer web experience – especially purchase flow and overall digital journey.
- Create and maintain digital development roadmaps within digital personalization.
- Be a champion in regards of the use of our customer data platform for personalization insights and improvements.
- Be the main point of contact with marketing/ecom teams for initiatives within personalization and customer journey.
- Proactively seek opportunities where new technology and AI can enhance efforts towards smoother customer experiences.
- Interact closely with business managers, specialists and developers.
To excel in this role, you are expected to have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, business development, engineering or other relevant field.
- More than 3 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Experience of working with development of digital services.
- Knowledge of customer behaviour tools, analytics and opportunities within personalization by using of data/segmentation.
- An innovative mindset.
- Fluent skills in English, both oral and written.
