We are looking for a talented and passionate design leader to join our newly formed Marketing Technology Solutions unit! This role is reporting to the Marketing Technology Solutions Director and supporting in various projects to enhance digital customer experience, digital marketing smartness, market-leading design, and user-friendliness.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the design vision and strategy across various projects, ensuring design and UX excellence.
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to delivery.
- Mentor other designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate design goals and processes effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in design.
- Lead the design team in Marketing Technology Solutions and contribute to the community of practice within UX/design across Digital Customer Offering.
To excel in this role, you are expected to be:
- A strong design leader with a formal education (or equivalent) in design.
- Experienced with at least 10 years of design experience, especially digital desing and a successful track record.
- Highly skilled in your own field and have good knowledge of other design expertise areas.
- Strong in your ability to lead, communicate, visualize, and facilitate.
- Experienced in team leadership and coaching.
- Proven in managing and inspiring other designers.
- Possessing a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in various design disciplines.
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
- Experienced with agile and lean methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the design team.
