About the role

  • Creates solutions to enhance and maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • Proposes solutions to improve Customer Service processes carried out by several organizational units affecting the Customer's NPS CES and CSAT
  • Supervises and analyzes the results of monitoring the quality of calls, emails, letters, other forms of contact with the customer and translates them into an increase in Customer Satisfaction
  • Directs quality projects aimed at improving internal company processes affecting the quality of Customer Service
  • Prepares and implements quality standards and guidelines for Customer Service
  • Directs the work of the Quality team, motivates and provides direction to all units involved in customer contact and departments with indirect impact on Customer Service

 

About you

  • Extensive experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Experience in managing people and implementing changes in organization
  • Fluency in both English and Polish in speech as well as in writing 
  • Relevant academic background
  • 3 years of working in positions with customer contact especially Customer Service, Telesales, Customer Service Quality
  • Advanced knowledge in the process of designing and improving Customer Service processes
