We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our international Talent Acquisition team at Fortum. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our main Polish office in Gdańsk. 

 

About the role  

As a TA Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our growth in Poland and strengthening our recruitment processes. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team, you will manage full-cycle recruitments, ensure a strong candidate experience, and make data-driven decisions to refine our talent acquisition efforts.

 

You will work with modern tools such as SAP Success Factors, Assessio and Refapp. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide internal stakeholders - consisting of hiring managers and people partners - on sourcing strategies and help attract, select and retain diverse talent for Fortum in a highly competitive market. 

 

Some examples of what you will do...  

  • Define skills, competencies and requirement profiles together with the hiring managers 

  • Advertise roles and determine right sourcing strategies 

  • Conduct active sourcing and candidate assessments  

  • Collaborate with, support and guide hiring managers with candidate interviews and final decision making 

  • Handle recruitment administration and support end-users in daily tasks 

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager (Finland & Poland) based in Espoo, Finland, and collaborate with colleagues across Poland and the Nordics. 
 

About you  

You are passionate about finding top talent while ensuring exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise in driving full-cycle recruitments and ability to inspire confidence makes you a trusted partner for hiring managers and HR colleagues alike.  

 

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • A relevant academic degree  

  • At least 5 years of experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in an SSC environment  

  • Solid and proven experience of working with full-cycle recruitment 

  • Fluency in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills in both speech and writing 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS will be a plus  

  • Experience with assessments and digital reference check tools, such as Refapp, Assessio, is a plus

What to expect from the recruitment process? 

We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as we will start screening already during the application period and will hire as soon as the right individual is found. 

After thorough screening we will invite chosen candidates to a first round of interviews via Teams. Those proceeding will then part-take in a short digital assessment and 2nd interviews onsite, including a cultural fit session where you will have the chance to meet more colleagues. As a final step, the finalists will have a discussion with 2nd level manager and possible reference checks.
