Senior Manager AP

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our global accounts payable processes and lead teams within Operational Procurement Services. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Procurement, and business function stakeholders to enhance the efficiency, customer experience, and compliance of our Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. As a key member of the S2P leadership team, you will contribute to our roadmap, set annual goals, and track KPIs to ensure alignment with our company’s vision.
Main responsibilities
- Being a part of Source-to-pay leaders team and contributing to Source-to-pay area roadmap, annual plans and KPIs.
- Developing the service scope and ensuring the implementation of accounts payable process and tools for multiple functions, divisions and locations.
- Ensuring proper compliance, policies and controls in accounts payable area.
- Setting and monitoring targets, and ensure continuous improvement actions.
- Contributing to cross-functional development projects touching accounts payable area regarding e.g. process transformation and new technologies.
- Driving automation and process optimization together with procurement and IT in the whole Source-to-pay process.
- Manage communication and collaboration amongst cross functional stakeholders.
- Ensuring leadership, balanced resourcing and systematic competence development in your team.
- Leading the accounts payable teams to ensure high-quality services and insight for our businesses.
- Close cooperation with subordinate leaders managing teams.
- Networking and seeking best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
- Working and management in cross-functional teams.

About you
- 8-10+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance, shared services, consulting, or process development.
- Academic degree or equivalent expertise in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Global Shared Services.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process flows and global organizational structures.
- Strong team management abilities.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements, including change management with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with robust analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with an end-to-end process approach, continually seeking best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Versatile knowledge of various accounting systems and tools.
- Proficient in corporate IT systems, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Availability to travel.
