Source-to-Pay Development team is managing Source to pay (S2P) process and ensuring automation and efficiency in our sourcing tools and systems starting from supplier selection & contracting and ending up to paying the invoice against the goods and services received.
We are looking for S2P Specialist to join our Source-to-Pay Development team in Gdańsk to support businesses and end users in Sourcing solutions and manage reporting tool related activities.
About The Role
In this role you act as a key user for selected Source-to-Pay solutions in use – Sievo spend reporting tool and Ariba Sourcing and Contracting. Therefore, previous experience on similar role and solutions is required to be successful in this position. You will also proactively provide solutions to support the business, procurement, and other stakeholders through professional analyses utilizing internal and external data sources. KPI reporting, spend and savings being only part of the wide range of analytical domain you being responsible for. Additionally, your work includes working with S2P-related development initiatives, transformation projects, process mapping, documentation, training of end users, and continuous process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a key user for selected source-to-pay solutions, such as Sievo spend reporting and Ariba sourcing and contracting
- Develop and manage reporting and analytics in the S2P process area
- Managing KPI’s, spend and savings reporting concept and quality
- Support end-users on their daily work with the source-to-pay solutions
- Create and maintain high quality reports using dashboard tools (QlikSense, PowerBI etc.)
- Create and maintain process descriptions, mappings and definitions using process tools
- Participate to the use case definition and implementation of new technologies in S2P process domain
- Oversee implementation, documentation and training of users on own area
- Create ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Share insights with business partners using reporting and analytics tools
To be successful in this role you have
- Knowledge of selected source-to-pay solutions; spend reporting and related technologies (we use Sievo spend reporting) and sourcing and contracting (Ariba) to be able to act as a key user role
- Expertise in selected analytics and reporting technologies (PowerBI, QlikSense) with knowledge on analytics and reporting, including report creation and dashboard maintenance
- Knowhow on process documentation
- Understanding of external data sources and connectivity
- Personal interest to new technologies, AI and data concepts
- Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process thinking
- Capabilities on collaborating with different stakeholders (procurement, IT, operations, finance, business etc.)
- Proven ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- You have strong self-leadership with capability to initiate and drive to complete tasks independently
- Soft skills such as problem-solving, attention to details and continuous learning are highly values
- Can do attitude
The role requires good communication, team work skills and ability to work in a cross functional matrix organization in an international working environment.
