RTR Fixed Assets Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Quality review and team support with management of Fixed and Intangible Assets (capitalization, disposals, transfers, impairment, Asset merge).
  • Responsible for quality control of annual asset count.
  • Support in Month-end closing activities for asset register.
  • Account reconciliations review for Fixed Assets, Intangible Assets and CIP ensure accounting rules compliance.
  • Quality of accounting (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency) in FA.
  • Timely completion and KPI of all period-end activities monitoring.
  • Support with internal and external audits.
  • GL journal entries monitoring, following company's Financial Reporting Guidelines.
  • Coordination of implementation process changes, contributing to operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve issues within the RTR FA area with stakeholders.
  • Second level of escalation point for FA queries.
  • Act as a key expert for accounting FA related queries, providing second-tier support.
  • Conduct analytical reviews within scope of responsibility for comprehensive finance analysis.
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • Oversee financial closing processes (monthly, quarterly, and annually) for FA process perspective.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience of ERP system implementation is a plus.
  • Min 5 years’ experience in Assets Managements.
  • Fluent English.
  • SAP/Oracle/Dynamics and MS Office skills.
  • Analytic skills and ability to effectively cooperate within and outside of the team.
