Purchasing SME, STP Development

Join our Source-to-Pay Development team to manage and develop purchasing channels for both direct and indirect purchases. You'll play a key role in the planning, blueprinting, testing, and implementation of our new ERP system, owning the purchasing concept. Additionally, you'll create and manage connectivity to supplier portals, and work on various S2P development initiatives and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining the purchasing channels for all different types of purchase needs in Fortum (direct and in-direct, goods and services)​

• Manage the purchasing concept and is accountable for implementation​

• Part of the finance ERP renewal project as a “subject matter expert” for Purchasing (channels)​

• Define and blueprint the ERP functionalities for own area​

• Implementation and training​

• Build and maintain the connectivity (platform)​

We are looking for a new team member in Gdansk, but we work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your professional and personal needs.

The position includes some travelling. 

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

• Expertise in ERP (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) technology and implementation projects.
• Knowledge of purchasing in ERP/S2P environments.
• Experience in Source-to-Pay processes and development projects.
• Proven track record in managing implementation projects and process improvements.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills
