Join Fortum Procurement team in Gdansk. ​

As a Procurement Specialist you will work alongside procurement professionals to manage purchasing transactions and provide essential support to Fortum employees. ​

 

More information about the role and responsibilities:​

  • Provide assistance to all Fortum employees in using and developing procurement processes, tools, and templates.​

  • Initiate and participate in development and implementation of process automation to enhance efficiency. ​

  • Conduct data collection and analysis in areas such as spend, category, market, and logistics.​

  • Provide user training on processes and tools; and create or amends instructions.​

  • Ensure highest quality of data in the procurement tools.​

  • Supports procurement teams in preparing specific reports and developing the related tools.

 

About you:​

  • 1.5+ years of experience in a supply chain environment, preferably within the SSC sector.​

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.​

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.​

  • Proficiency in Polish, Finnish, or Swedish.​

  • Hands-on experience in organising and delivering user training sessions.​

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of analytical ability.​

  • Customer centric approach.​

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of developing clear, effective materials like instructions, training documents, and reports.​

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
