About the role:

  • Support the Performance Manager and other relevant stakeholders with operational and strategic activities.
  • Optimize operational performance through monitoring, analysis, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Compile data from various sources and refine it into a visual and understandable form.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide analytical insights and reports to stakeholders, interpreting their needs into actionable items in performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, implement performance measurement systems, and create performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of performance management.
  • This role provides the chance to be part of a vibrant team, promoting professional growth and development through ongoing learning and teamwork.

 

We're looking for a talented individual with:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Performance Analyst or in similar roles.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong visualization and storytelling skills to make data come alive.
  • Experience in implementing performance measurement systems and creating metrics that drive success.
  • The ability to refine data into clear, visual formats that everyone can understand.
  • Expertise in interpreting stakeholders' needs and translating them into actionable performance reports.
  • A commitment to continuous development in the field of performance management.
