About the role:
- Support the Performance Manager and other relevant stakeholders with operational and strategic activities.
- Optimize operational performance through monitoring, analysis, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Compile data from various sources and refine it into a visual and understandable form.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide analytical insights and reports to stakeholders, interpreting their needs into actionable items in performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, implement performance measurement systems, and create performance metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous development of performance management.

We're looking for a talented individual with:
- 5+ years of experience as a Performance Analyst or in similar roles.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong visualization and storytelling skills to make data come alive.
- Experience in implementing performance measurement systems and creating metrics that drive success.
- The ability to refine data into clear, visual formats that everyone can understand.
- Expertise in interpreting stakeholders' needs and translating them into actionable performance reports.
- A commitment to continuous development in the field of performance management.
