About the role
We are looking for a People & Payroll Specialist to Fortum People & Payroll Services Poland team to ensure reliable and high-quality service for our internal customers in Poland. As a People & Payroll Specialist, you have a great chance to support Fortum´s success by creating a positive employee experience by handling service requests from employees and managers and contributing to various People and Payroll processes.
Your main tasks include the administration of employment data and employee benefits, preparation of reports and statements, participation in projects, and performing other administrative tasks in People and Payroll area.
This is a temporary full-time position until the end of 2026. We're looking for a new person to join us in Gdansk, Poland. We work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your personal and professional needs.
About you
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR and payroll position.
- Proven experience working with Polish labor law and employment regulations is required.
- You can organize your own work and you have good communication and collaboration skills.
- You´re fast and efficient in learning to use new tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You´re fluent in Polish and English and your education supports your career in People/Payroll area.
