Junior Procurement Analyst

As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you will provide analytical support to the Procurement and S2P (Source-to-Pay) communities. Your main goal is to maintain accurate procurement data, prepare reports, and monitor compliance to ensure reliable information for daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and validating procurement data for accuracy and compliance.
- Preparing standard reports and dashboards for procurement and S2P.
- Monitoring performance and escalating issues when necessary.
- Supporting reporting platforms and tools.
You will work within established frameworks, applying your understanding of procurement processes to deliver accurate analytical outputs. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication.
This position offers an opportunity to develop strong analytical and technical skills, gain experience with leading procurement systems, and build relationships across multiple business functions. You will be part of a supportive team focused on operational excellence, which will help you grow professionally in procurement analytics and compliance.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or procurement analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical and procurement systems, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and problem-solving mindset.
- Very good English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with IT solutions such as Excel, Sievo, Qliksense, SAP, Basware, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Forms.
