We are seeking a Cash Management Subject Matter Expert to join our team of dedicated finance professionals.

This expert role is crucial for our success, as you will be at the forefront of Cash Management development, actively participating in the planning, blueprinting, testing, and implementation of our new ERP system. Your expertise will also be vital in driving other OTC-related finance transformation strategies, change initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with finance teams and other stakeholders to find ways to improve systems and processes.

  • Recommend changes to system designs.

  • Help launch reliable and scalable finance system solutions.

  • Support system integration and improve operations through automation.

  • Document and clarify business requirements.

  • Develop process instructions and set new process standards.

  • Take part in planning, testing, and rolling out our new ERP system.

  • Support finance transformation and ongoing process improvements.

 

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance in Order-to-Cash (OTC).

  • Hands-on experience of implementation of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Demonstrated experience with system integration and data mapping across platforms.

  • Demonstrated project management experience, with a proactive, collaborative mindset and strong

  • Skilled at creating clear content for reports, training, and documentation.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Degree in Finance or a related field.

 

We are looking for a new team member in Gdansk, but we work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your professional and personal needs.

The position includes some travelling.
