Analytics and Reporting SME, STP Development

Join our Source-to-Pay Development team to manage and develop analytics capabilities and reporting in the S2P area, addressing both internal and external requirements.
You will proactively provide solutions to support the business, procurement, and other stakeholders through professional analyses utilizing internal and external data sources. Actively participate in the Fortum finance ERP renewal project, holding ownership of analytics, reporting, and related data in the ERP implementation. Additionally, you will work on other S2P-related development initiatives, transformation projects, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage reporting and analytics in the S2P process area.
- Ensure efficiency and quality of the process area.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the finance ERP renewal project, leading the definition and implementation.
- Define and blueprint ERP functionalities for your area.
- Oversee implementation and training.
- Build and maintain reporting platforms and analytics dashboards.
- Create ad-hoc reports and analyses.
- Share insights with business partners using reporting and analytics tools.
We are looking for a new team member in Gdansk, but we work flexibly in a hybrid model that adapts to both your professional and personal needs.
The position includes some travelling.
About you
To be successful in this role you have:
- Expertise in selected ERP technology (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- In-depth knowledge of analytics and reporting, including report creation and dashboard maintenance.
- Understanding of external data sources and connectivity.
- Experience in identifying, planning, and executing development projects.
- Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process thinking.
- Proven track record in analytics and reporting implementation projects and tools.
