Are you passionate about driving efficiency and innovation? As an AP Specialist, you'll take on key responsibilities in executing Accounts Payable tasks and supporting the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.

About the role:​

  • Executes end-to-end S2P process flows and selected AP tasks.​

  • Drives continuous improvement and development with specialized focus on automation.​

  • Arrange and deliver training for stakeholders.​

  • Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring prompt assistance for stakeholder needs.​

  • Conduct process reviews to identify areas for improvement and development.​

  • Negotiate and implement changes with stakeholders.​

  • Actively participate in projects, contributing expertise and insights.​

  • Test and validate new system functionalities.​

  • Position might require occasional travelling.​

 

About you:​

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.   ​

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (any Nordic language would be an asset). ​

  • 5+ years of relevant experience. ​

  • Excellent knowledge on S2P development applied to continuous development and project management for different kind of systems, processes and - with a specific emphasis on – automations.​

  • Knowledge of S2P process flow and on global collaboration.​

  • Versatile knowledge across multiple different systems and tools.​

  • Accuracy and attention to details.  ​

  • Excellent collaboration skills.
