We are now seeking a (Senior) Business People Partner to join our Enabling Functions in Gdansk, Poland.
About the Role
As a Business People Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the expansion and operational excellence of Fortum in Poland. You will provide strategic and hands-on support in all people-related matters, helping to shape a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with leaders to support business growth through people-centric solutions

Driving cultural development and employee engagement initiatives

Ensuring compliance with labour laws and collective agreements
-
Managing compensation and benefits strategies
-
Supporting talent acquisition and onboarding processes
You will be part of a dynamic Enabling Functions People Team consisting of 7 professionals, mainly located in the Nordics.
About You
As a person, you are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment with high ambitions. We are looking for a structured and collaborative professional who is eager to contribute to a growing organization and not afraid to navigate through some uncertainty.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A higher education degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business/Economics, or a related field

Excellent knowledge of Polish labor law
-
Experience working in a Nordic or international company
-
Complete fluency in Polish and excellent written and spoken English language skills
-
A proactive approach with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and other key people processes

A solution-oriented, hands-on approach and strong resilience in changing situations

A positive attitude, adaptability
