We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Insights Lead to join our Digital Consumer Offering leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning data insights, facilitating strategic planning, lead strategic projects, business case development and supporting with customer behavior data to drive customer-centric service and product development. You will also deliver competitor insights and benchmarks to inform our strategic decisions. Your strong presentation skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be critical in guiding our digital offerings forward.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Consumer Offering, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. A potential background in management consulting, combined with technical expertise, will enable you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead your own strategic projects as well as contributing with analytical aspects of other strategy development processes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support the development of business strategies and objectives as well as business case development.
- Analyze customer data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to product teams to enhance customer-centric development and improve user experiences.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to understand market positioning. Provide insights into industry trends and competitor strategies to inform our product development and marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, product development, customer service, and business units, to align analytical efforts with business objectives. Promote open communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior management and other stakeholders. Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance analytical capabilities within the organization.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Be a part of the Digital Consumer Offering Leadership Team.
To excel in this role, you are expected to be:
- A bachelor's or master's degree holder in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experienced with a minimum of 4 years in management consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proven in delivering actionable insights that have driven revenue growth, improved customer retention, or added new revenue streams.
- Experience in strategic planning and presenting to senior executives.
- Technically proficient in data analysis tools and platforms (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Excellent in presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong in problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiar with customer-centric development practices and passionate about enhancing customer experiences.
