We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Digital Offering to lead the Fortum App, and it’s team members, across markets. In this role, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our flagship mobile app. You will manage a cross-functional team, prioritize backlog items, and own the end-to-end responsibility for both maintenance and service development within your area. Your ability to translate business needs into technological solutions—and vice versa—will be critical to driving our digital offerings forward. This role reports to the Director of Consumer Digital Offering.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for your area of responsibility, aligning it with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, customer service, and business units to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance offerings. Promote open communication and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Foster revenue growth by increasing sales, reducing customer churn, and adding new revenue streams. Implement monetization strategies and develop commercial digital services that resonate with customers.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team of developers and designers reporting directly to you. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Prioritize all product backlog items to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks. Ensure that technological advancements are leveraged to meet commercial objectives and drive profitability.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the domain, from development to maintenance and updates. Ensure high-quality user experiences and performance. Establish feedback loops to continuously improve the product. Manage budget responsibility for your area.
- Act as a role model and inspire both your team and the broader organization. Champion a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Communicate the domain vision and progress effectively to all levels of the company. Be a part of the Digital Consumer Offering Leadership Team.
To excel in this role, you are expected to be:
- A bachelor's or master's degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced with a minimum of 7 years in digital development and management.
- Proven in monetizing app features and developing commercial digital services loved by customers – across markets.
- Possessing commercial acumen with experience in translating business strategies into technological strategies and solutions.
- Proven in leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Excellent in collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experienced with agile development methodologies and tools.
