About the role

  • Responsible for the advancement of Fortum's Nordic customer offerings through the development of new initiatives and enhancements to existing offerings and value propositions.
  • Lead and contribute to the work related to ideation, incubation, and scaling of new superior customer offerings, including:
    • Structure and lead ideation work
    • Perform concept development and testing
    • Design and execute pilot projects
    • Ensure execution of launching new offerings
  • Co-responsible for execution of Fortum's Nordic consumer offering and concept strategy in a commercial and customer centric manner.
  • Collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams, including business managers, sales, marketing, E-commmerce, Go-To-Market team and  other relevant stakeholders

 

About you

  • The complexity of the role requires working experience in a similar field of experience in addition to thorough understanding of business model, value propositions and business case development
  • In depth experience of agile ways of working and development methodologies (e.g. Lean start-up, Design Thinking), with strong ability to explore offering and product innovations in a corporate context
  • Strong commercial and customer centric mindset, with high drive and target orientation
  • Good ability to model and present business cases of new offerings.
  • Highly structured and naturally takes a data driven approach in structured problem solving 
  • Strong people management- and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills and ability to develop high-class presentation material
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
