About the Role
As VP, Legal Generation, you will lead and inspire the Legal Generation team to deliver high performance, proactive solutions, and efficient collaboration across business units. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on legal expertise to support critical business priorities and transformation objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching the Legal Generation team to achieve excellence and foster collaboration
- Delivering proactive legal advice and support to business units, including contract drafting and negotiation
- Managing complex, high-stakes legal matters with significant business impact
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and partners
- Driving modernization of the legal function in alignment with business transformation objectives
- Advancing digitalization efforts and utilizing legal tools
- Implementing best practices and workflows to improve risk mitigation and operational performance
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while promoting forward-looking legal solutions

What we’re looking for:
- Master of Law degree
- Extensive (18+ years) experience in complex international legal matters
- Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing legal teams
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- Experience in legal technology adoption and process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver under tight timelines
- Can do-attitude
