Technical Architect, ServiceNow

We are looking for ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team in Espoo, Finland.

You are able to operate at Certified Technical Architect (CTA) level, with extensive experience across a wide range of ServiceNow modules. This is a high-visibility role and would suit a true ServiceNow superstar who can drive complex platform initiatives across enterprise environment. You will be working in close operation with Platform Owner, Enterprise Architects and other key stakeholders in making our vision for ServiceNow come true.

Your immediate team consists of IT Service Management professionals with great ambition to drive continuous improvement and finding best solutions to support our operations.

You will be doing all this while helping Fortum drive the decarbonisation in industries and help societies to reach carbon neutrality.

About the role
Examples of what the role will include but not be limited to:

• Provide technical leadership in the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and designing new integrations or data products

• Ensure the use of leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the health of the platform

• Provide a variety of architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.

• Ensure the scalability, platform integrity, performance and stability of ServiceNow platform

• Create technical documentation, solution architectures and guidelines for development teams

• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure that ServiceNow platform is compliant with Fortum guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Communicate and collaborate with Fortum 3rd party technical stakeholders/service providers

About you
What we are looking for in you as a candidate:

• 5+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience

• Experience in architecture and integration

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform ecosystem, platform capabilities, integration methods, CSDM and CMDB with relevant certifications

• Several years of professional ServiceNow experience as Solution Architect or Technical Architect

• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine

• Experience in leveraging how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently

• Open mindset, curiosity and can-do attitude

• Fluency in English required, other languages are a bonus

The job will be located in our head office in Espoo.
