We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Espoo. In this role, you will support Fortum’s recruitment needs globally, while your main focus will be Finland and our Nuclear Generation Business Unit. You will work in close collaboration with hiring managers, People Partners and colleagues across the wider TA and Employer Branding teams.

You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience and using data and insights to continuously improve how we attract, assess and select talent. You will work with modern recruitment tools such as SuccessFactors, Assessio, Refapp, LinkedIn Recruiter and CoPilot. And you will advise stakeholders on sourcing strategies, candidate attraction and selection in a competitive talent market.
 
Some examples of what you will do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies and recruitment plans
  • Choose the most effective advertising and sourcing channels for each recruitment
  • Conduct active sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate assessments
  • Advise and challenge hiring managers throughout the process, including selection, interviews and final decision making
  • Ensure smooth recruitment administration, clear communication and a positive candidate experience
  • Contribute to an exciting development phase within Talent Acquisition, including projects related to digitalization, AI and continuous process improvement
     

This is a parental leave substitute position with start as soon as possible and planned until January 2028. The role is based at our office in Espoo, Finland. You will report to Fabian Åhlin, Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are a structured and proactive recruitment professional who enjoys building trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You are confident in managing full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer, and you know how to balance business needs, candidate experience and quality of hire. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your processes and are comfortable working in an international environment together with colleagues across People, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
 
What we are looking for:

•    You have a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
•    You have several years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in an international organization
•    You have solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, including start-up meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments and offer processes
•    You are fluent in English and Finnish
•    You have experience using recruitment systems and digital tools connected to Talent Acquisition; experience in driving the implementation of modern solutions, for example within AI, is considered a strong advantage
•    Experience from recruitment within nuclear or similar technical roles is considered a strong advantage
•    You have a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to manage several recruitment processes in parallel
