System Manager/Specialist, Customer Data & Martech

We are looking for a System Manager/Specialist to join our Customer IT team in Espoo.
About the role
In this role, you will work with Customer Data platforms and Reporting solutions and apply your understanding of customer management processes. You will also be responsible for Digital Marketing solutions. Your colleagues in Customer IT are responsible for applications such as CRM, Customer portals and Customer Invoicing solutions. We are mainly working with B2B Customer businesses.
You don't need to be senior yet, what also matters is your mindset, curiosity, and ability to take initiative. The job title and exact scope will be determined based on the selected candidate's level of experience.
The position is also available at our Solna, Sweden or Wroclaw, Poland offices. The existing team is based in Espoo.
As System Manager/Specialist, you will:

Gather requirements from business by facilitating the discussion or workshops.

Document business needs formally using required templates and tools such as Confluence/JIRA.

Lead backlog prioritisation with business.

Drive initiatives forward and ensure delivery to business by coordinating the work of internal and external team members. Act as Project manager in some cases.

Design technical solutions together with solution architects and other technical experts.

Develop governance models for your own application area, ensuring business satisfaction, budget alignment and compliance. Plan practical policies and guidelines e.g. for user access management

In case of interest, you can also take a hands-on role in configuring system changes
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
-
Experience working with customer data, customer management processes and relevant reports.

Understanding of essential data models and data flows between various customer systems such as CRM, ERP and Customer portals.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing processes.

Ability to facilitate discussion and workshops with business stakeholders.
-
A proactive way of working, with the ability to take ownership and progress even in uncertain situations.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Relevant academic degree in IT, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus if you also have
-
Technical knowledge of data platforms, reporting solutions and master data management.

Experience with D365 Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) and/or Power BI.
