About the role
We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst to join our Corporate Environmental Sustainability team comprising of five high-performing professionals dedicated to sustainable development. 

 

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to

  • Ensure an effective and accurate environmental data management and support the development of the Group´s environmental reporting processes

  • Play a key role in refining our GHG inventory and support in SBTi related work

  • Lead the yearly CDP assessments and support in other external ratings

  • Analyse environmental impacts from new investments and divestments 

  • Compile and visualize data & text for internal reporting/decision-making

  • Support in development and strategy type of work (e.g., transition plans and benchmarks)

  • Develop, manage and report the Group’s Circular Economy-related issues; including defining impacts, risks and opportunities as well as targets, actions and guidance for implementation 

 

About you

We think you have gained expertise in various aspects of energy and/or sustainability and preferably climate change. It is great but not a requirement that you also have prior experience of climate calculations, GHG protocol or SBTi. You will compile and create reports/presentations from various data sources, ensuring data accuracy, and have the confidence to question information while understanding cause and effect relationships within the energy sector. 

 

To succeed in this role you have the following

 

  • Master's Degree in Sustainability, Science, Energy, Engineering, Business or similar

  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with structured and curious approach to work

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to provide high-quality visuals and texts

  • Proficiency in Excel and PPT

  • Comfortable with hands-on work and dedicated to continuous development

  • Fully professional in English, both oral and written. Finnish and Swedish is of advantage

 

We will also look extra on those who have

 

  • Prior work experience in multinational companies or in consulting industry

  • Work experience in sustainability or energy, especially handling GHG inventory
