About the role
 The team is responsible for developing and maintaining companywide shared solutions related to Asset Management and GIS, your role focusing on Asset Management.
Your focus area as Specialist, Asset will be in our IBM Maximo EAM technology-based platform and solutions around that.   In your role you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing fit for purpose solutions for our business. Close co-operation with our business stakeholders will be part of the daily work.

About you
As a person you are curious, self-driven, forward looking and motivated by change and new challenges.   You have structured, solution-oriented and analytical mindset which drives your daily work. You have comparable full-time work experience of minimum 5-10 years working with IBM Maximo EAM Application suite. In this role it is vital that you communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
 

To succeed in this role, we think you have:

• Strong Domain knowledge of Utilities and especially around Asset Management. Should have in depth knowledge with hands on experience and functional understanding of EAM modules. 

• Strong Experience of developing and implementing Maximo Mobile Solutions based on the given requirements. 

• Must have hands on experience working on MBO customizations and Bean level customizations, Automation scripts, Java programming language and SQL.

• Experience working on MIF with end points as JSON and Web Services.

• Exposure or hands on experience of using Migration Manager

• Skills to analyse as-is business process, requirements and identify areas of improvements based on industry asset management best practices. Communication and collaboration skills with businesses and internal IT stakeholders as well as with different expert teams.

Considered as your benefit:

• Basic understanding of agile way of working, Python scripting

• Skills in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish or Swedish)

• Experience of Qliksense or PowerBI development
   

The job can be located either in Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden.
