About the role 
The Finance organisation is embarking on an exciting transformation journey. With a clear target state for Finance operations in sight, here you will have a key role in the ongoing SAP ERP transformation and surrounding Invoice to Cash solutions. You will contribute to end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and supporting implementation throughout the project and after go-live.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Shape the overall SAP architecture and design technical solution roadmaps
  • Provide guidance to development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Support testing, validation and go-live readiness
  • After go-live, act as a key expert and lead solution-related decision making in continuous development and lifecycle management
  • Maintain application landscape and data flow documentation
  • Manage the financials of Invoice to Cash solutions

 

This is a hands-on and influential role where you will work closely with Finance, other IT teams, and external partners to build and maintain a modern, scalable ERP 

 

In this role we are looking for a new team member to join us in our corporate head office in Espoo, there we work in a hybrid model and the team is present at the office 2-3 times a week.

 

About you 
You have an extensive track record in finding solutions to SAP architecture and implementing them successfully in large organisations. You have a solid understanding of how various frameworks come together and how to apply them in practice to get a good overall solution to complex organisational architectural SAP problems. You naturally follow up and ensure the desired impact in the organisation of what you implement. Understanding of other ERPs and data migrations to SAP is considered a bonus.

 

Other things you have in order to succeed in this role: 

  • A relevant academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Data or similar field
  • Minimum seven years of experience working with SAP solutions (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, Ariba)
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations or transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of integration design, data management and cloud-based platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • A proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative way of working
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive progress and engage stakeholders
  • Experience working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
