About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager Go-To-Market to lead the development and execution of our Nordic go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will drive scalable, customer-centric go-to-market strategies that enable business growth and increased wallet share across the Nordic markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and drive Nordic go-to-market strategies and execution plans
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business unit, sales, marketing, e-commerce, and others
  • Identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies to market developments
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports

 

About you

You are a strategic and hands-on leader who can translate strategy into execution. You thrive in a collaborative and complex environment and have a strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.

We believe you bring:

  • Experience within go-to-market strategy, business development, or similar areas
  • Proven people leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric strategy development and execution
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive performance improvements


In addition, you likely have:

  • Relevant higher education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role
  • Strong business understanding, including planning and performance management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
