About the role

Your responsibilities:

  • Own portfolio strategy and allocate capital to maximize risk-adjusted value.
  • Lead land acquisitions, site options, and transactions from valuation to approval.
  • Own site investment cases and consistently evaluate sale, lease, joint venture, and power-only commercialization routes.
  • Prepare investment cases for acquisitions, site commitments, and development investments.
  • Own portfolio valuation, reporting, and value creation KPIs.
  • Manage a long-term portfolio with investment horizons of 3–5 years.
  • Operate in an environment characterized by uncertainty in land values, grid regulations, counterparty credit, and joint venture debt treatment.
  • Develop scalable valuation frameworks, business cases, and joint venture structures.
  • Lead portfolio analysis and support joint venture governance.
  • Collaborate closely with development, commercial, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Present recommendations to executive management, the Investment Committee, and the Board.
  • Recommend discontinuing sites that do not meet return requirements.

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, real estate, energy, or data center investments, acquisitions, M&A, or portfolio management.
  • A proven track record of valuing development-stage assets and advancing investment decisions through governance and committee processes.
  • Strong expertise in DCF modelling, asset appraisal, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and return-on-capital assessments.
