About the role

Fortum’s People function is looking for Senior Business People Partner located in Espoo, Finland. You will work in a business oriented, fast moving and customer-driven organization, where you will advise, challenge and support business leaders and leadership teams in strategic People matters. You will co-operate broadly with other People colleagues in Fortum and you will report to Vice President, People. You will work as a member of Finnish People Partner team that consists of 10 People professionals.

About you

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• University degree in a relevant field

• Extensive experience working as a senior Business People Partner in a complex organization

• Strong business understanding with ability to link people topics to operational and financial outcomes

• Proven experience in workforce planning, organization design and change or transformation initiatives

• Solid knowledge of labour law, collective agreements and employee relations frameworks

• Strong influencing, coaching and facilitation skills as well as operating with speed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Finnish
