Business Manager

About the role

As Business Manager Medium & Large Enterprises Finland, you will lead a team of six people with the ambition to grow over the next year. Together with your team you will be responsible for managing, growing and optimizing the local business with the purpose of increasing our Medium and Large B2B business. We have high ambitions and are looking for a person that wants to lead a journey of growth.

The role reports directly to the Director, Medium and Large Enterprise Solutions and will be part of the Nordic leadership team. The role is based at our Espoo office but some travel is expected.

In your role you will:  

• Be accountable for local segment including profitability (P&L), customer growth and customer satisfaction
• Be participating in the strategic planning and development of the segment on a Nordic level  
• Be responsible for executing on the Nordic strategy by leading local and Nordic projects  
• Be accountable for local go-to-market including pricing decisions
• Be responsible for improving customer satisfaction and driving cultural transformation towards customer centricity    

About you 

We are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of experience from sales and commercial roles within the B2B segment. Experience from the energy sector is preferable but not a necessity. You have a few years of leadership experience and have preferably lead a growth journey in the past. Strategical discussions are as comfortable as project management and customer negotiations. Your are fluent in both Finnish and English.
